The arrowhead crown.
Description: this is an incognito hat. From the front it looks like a classic Cowboy hat, but hidden on the top is an arrowhead.
Crown: This is like the teardrop in the front. Dimples can be added on either side of the front crease for easy handling when putting it on.
Brim: Custom made the shape and size you want, just let us know. Default is a 4” western lift.
Sweatband: Genuine lambskin.
Felt: Choose from 100% wool, 5x beaver blend fur, 20% beaver, 100% rabbit fur, 50% beaver with 50% rabbit or 100% beaver. The different qualities of felts will have a slightly different color, for instance the 100% beaver felt will have a slight chestnut undertone where the 100% rabbit will be more white.
Color: Choose the color you prefer. If you don’t see the color you’d like, tell us and let’s us try to get it for you.
Cowboy toothpick: A horseshoe nail as a cowboy toothpick, on the left side, because that’s the Forged Glory side. Monogrammed with the letter R for Revenant Hats.
Size: To get the right size measure your head where the hat will sit in centimeters. If you have a head shape that is hard to fit or if you want a perfect fit, conformers are available upon request.
To get a conformer you will either need to purchase the hat first, or send a $270 deposit. The deposit will be refunded or it can be used as store credit when we get the conformer back. If we do not get the conformer back we will not make the hat and we will keep the $270 deposit or $270 of the money used to purchase the hat. If a conformer is used, we will send you the block that is made, it is useful to have when storing your hat to keep its shape.

The 100% beaver felt is hard to source. It may take us 3 months to a year to get.

To order first choose your size.
To get the right size measure your head where the hat will sit in centimeters. If you have a head shape that is hard to fit or if you want a perfect fit, conformateurs are available upon request and require a $120 deposit. The deposit will be refunded when we get the conformateur back. Or the deposited amount can be used as store credit. If you purchase the hat we will send it to you for free. We will not make the hat and we will keep $120 plus shipping and handeling if we never get the conformateur back.
Choose the quality of felt you’d like us to use.
Choose the color of felt you’d like us to use. Color will vary slightly between the different qualities of felt. For instance a natural color rabbit felt will be whiter than a natural colored beaver felt

Comes with felt band with buckle as shown in the photo. Or you can get up to 3 of the following: 1.5” band, a 1.25” band, a braid or ribbon. Click here to see what’s available, or tell us what you’d like. If we can get it we will. You will also get a free feather upon request.
Hat accessories can be sewn into the hat, or just tied on so you can change them out to match your outfit. We do not use glue.
Comes with a horseshoe nail as a cowboy tooth pic monogrammed with the letter R for Revenant or we can use your initial or whatever letter you’d prefer. It can be placed in the hat band or pierced though the crown of the hat.
