Little known fact, before joining the Army I was an Executive Chef. I worked in kitchens from 16 years old till I was 28 when I joined the army. 

I love creating thing that other people loved, being a chef fulfilled that desire, leather work does also.

I was watching the news and saw other men deploy in my place, for you and me. I felt horrible that I hadn’t served. I took a year to get in shape, and enlisted as a cavalry scout. 

I hope to make a lot of things for chefs. This collection is a start.
