Collection: Revenant Hats, Classic Cowboy Hats

All hats are made in our shop by hand. We start with the felt you choose, we block the crown to your size, shape it and cut the brim the size and shape you want. We hand sew the lambskin sweat band and make the bands and braids by hand.

This collection honors what Cowboys, Ranchers, Farmers and Hands do for the United States of America. They grow and raise the food we all eat. 

If you do not do those jobs you can still get one of these hats and join us in honoring them.  

Cowboy hats are an important part of a their gear. They aren’t just fashion or a costume. 

Some shapes have a meaning or special use for the job they perform. 

Choose the crown shape, the size, the color of the felt, and the quality of the felt. Afterwards let us know the shape of brim you want. If you don’t see what you want, let us know, we will make it for you. 

Size: To get the right size measure your head where the hat will sit in centimeters. If you have a head shape that is hard to fit or if you want a perfect fit, conformers are available upon request.

To get a conformer you will either need to purchase the hat first, or send a $270 deposit. The deposit will be refunded or it can be used as store credit when we get the conformer back. If we do not get the conformer back we will not make the hat and we will keep the $270 deposit or $270 of the money used to purchase the hat. If a conformer is used, we will send you the block that is made, it is useful to have when storing your hat to keep its shape.
